Can I combine different models in one request?
Yes. Send the complete list and quantity per model for checking. MOQ and availability are confirmed for each item; one model's MOQ does not automatically apply to the whole list.
Can I use my own packaging?
Neutral and private label packaging are available for discussion. Send your label and box requirements so the MOQ, cost and approval process can be included in the quote.
Does a matching ISO code mean identical cutting performance?
No. The code helps identify the insert geometry, but grade, chipbreaker, edge preparation and machining conditions also matter. Evaluate a proposed alternative before a larger order.
What happens after a trial?
Send the trial result and the accepted product specification with your reorder request. Confirm the grade, packing and delivery terms again before placing the order.
Send your model list for checking
Include codes, quantities, destination country and packing preference. If a grade is unknown, send a clear box-label photo in WhatsApp.
